Free Fitness Weeks
Your next Free Fitness Weeks begin on Tuesday, September 5 and conclude on Friday, September 15.
Classes are sponsored by both Stanford Recreation & Wellness (Rec) and the Health Improvement Program (HIP).
Bring a friend and try classes such as Mat Pilates, F45 Strength or Cardio, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Barre Sculpt, Boot Camp, Gentle Yoga and so many more.
- Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat to all classes on the court.
- Bring your Stanford ID for facility access. All classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You may want to bring a water bottle and towel.
