Fall is around the corner and so are the winter holidays! This time of year if often marked by joy and time spent with loved ones, but many of us also anticipate what can feel like the inevitable...too much food, drinks, sweets, and consequently, that seemingly guaranteed weight gain.

How can we set ourselves up for a healthier holiday season? One where we gain joy and memories, and not weight? Join this 1 session class and learn how shifting our mindset and applying some basic nutrition strategies and practical tips can help break this cycle. Learn how to “maintain, not gain” during the 2017 holiday season.

Instructor: Christina Becker, MPH, RDN, CHCW. Christina has over 13 years of experience working in dietetics, corporate wellness, and health and wellness coaching. She is a graduate of the Integrative Health & Lifestyle program at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine, and is a certified Hatha yoga instructor.
