Have you wondered how you could bring in more fullfillment and more motivation to your daily life? In the past decades, the longivity studies have shown that living a “Purpose-driven” life, not only makes your life more meaningful and more fullifilling, it also helps you live a healthier and happier life. In this 2 session workshop, we will provide you methodological approach on how to find purpose, how to live a purposeful life.

Instructors: Patty DeVries, MPH. Patty is the Director of the Stanford Health Promotion Network and Director of Strategic Projects for the Stanford Medicine WellMD Center.

Susan Saba, MPH. Susan has a background in health education program planning, group facilitation, and health behavioral change. Prior to joining HIP, she worked at Stanford Prevention Research Center (SPRC) as social research professional on health outcomes and chronic disease prevention.
