Healthy Kitchen: Healthy Snacks Made Simple...and Delicious!
It’s time to refresh your snack repertoire! If you are looking for some healthy and tasty new snack ideas this summer, then this is the class for you. The Healthy Kitchen team will repurpose some of our “tried and true” recipes as well as introduce you to all new creations. You will learn how to balance proteins and carbohydrates, and how to plan ahead for your weekly snacks at work and at home. Come prepared to taste test, and skip away with new healthy snack ideas!
Instructors: Amanda Miller, BA (Sociology and Exercise Science), CPT, is a manager and coach for the BeWell program at Stanford.
