Stanford vs. Cal (and other Bay Area Universities) - We're giving all Stanford students, campus, alumni and community supporters another opportunity to defeat our arch rival six days before the Stanford Football team plays Cal in the 112th annual BIG Game! The Bay Area's Rival10 College Challenge, is the first of its kind running event designed to embrace active competition between supporters of rival colleges. Held on Sunday, November 15th, the event will feature a 5K/10K foot race through San Francisco and include a festive post race celebration with food, entertainment, vendors, fans and supporters of all the participating Universities. You will score points for Stanford by completing a registration form, finishing the first 5K distance and for completing the entire 10K route. Stanford participants and fans will be able to follow real time updates throughout the registration process and during the event via the real time scoreboard hosted on the Rival10 website. The University with the most points will win the coveted College Challenge Road Race Cup and bragging rights in the Bay Area. * A portion of the proceeds will be benefiting Cystic Fibrosis.
