How to Take Care of Yourself Without Feeling Guilty

Life is crammed with family and career responsibilities,“to do” lists, a shrinking budget, with less and less time to do it all. Is it possible to find time for yourself and not feel guilty? Yes! This 3-week workshop offers a creative approach on how to fit “me time” into your hectic life without a guilty conscience. In 3 sessions:

Week 1 - Uncover the well-meaning but often misguided reasons “why” you've put off making time. Learn tips on ways to “let go” of the guilt and begin to plan some fun.

Week 2 - Dig deeper into time management. Learn new strategies that free up your schedule without taking away from family or work responsibilities. Find those “lost” moments .

Week 3 - Share and celebrate the positive impact you've seen on both your family and work after you've added a bit of “me time.” Gather new ideas on how to continue this healthy lifestyle.
