In this 4-week course learn mindful breathing and body scanning, desk yoga, self-soothing for difficult emotions, and a variety of surprising attitudinal practices for a healthier body and mind at work. A rapidly increasing body of research is documenting the evidence that mindful breathing and stress reduction techniques measurably improve the health of the body and the mind, reduce stress and increase happiness. All participants will receive a relaxation CD and workbook.
