Weight Management: Building the Foundation

This 12-week group program will teach strategies that will enable participants to gradually change life-long habits related to nutrition, physical activity, weight management, and stress management. After the program, participants can use the skills they gain to continue on their path to a healthier lifestyle. Through improved lifestyle practices participants will see gains in their health, improve relationships, and experience increased effectiveness at work.
