What is Healthy Aging? In this class we will define healthy aging and discuss how to get there from here. We will address the effects of healthy behavioral choices on aging physiology, with an emphasis on physical activity. The messages about physical activity (what and how much) can be complicated and confusing. You will come away with a clear understanding of the recommendations and tools to determine what activities are your best investment, and how to incorporate them into your life.
